Hey team, U.S. futures climbed in early trading as the market awaits a new batch of economic reports that could influence investor sentiment.

Let’s take a look back at yesterday’s session and see what’s ahead!

Impact Snapshot

  • 🟥 US ADP employment - 8:15am

  • 🟥 ISM services index - 10:00am

  • 🟨 Fed’s Beige Book - 2:00pm

Macro Viewpoint

U.S. stock futures climbed early Wednesday following sharp losses across all three major indices for a second consecutive session.

The recent market volatility continued on Tuesday, with a significant selloff over the past few weeks pushing major indices toward oversold levels.

After declining on Tuesday, the S&P 500 has now erased its post-election gains.

Meanwhile, in an address to Congress, President Trump acknowledged the possibility of an "adjustment period" due to tariffs while defending his economic policies.

Investors are also anticipating key economic data on Wednesday morning, including the ADP private payrolls report for February and the latest purchasing managers’ index, which could provide further insight into the health of the U.S. economy.
